More than 25 years working with CIE-licensed institutions.

I bring more than 25 years working with CIE-licensed institutions, including 23 years with the Commission for Independent Education. My experience included serving as CIE's Operations & Program Manager.

During my years at CIE, I reviewed thousands of applications. Today, I use that background to assess application materials, address deficiencies, prepare institutions for Commission consideration, and assist with compliance responses to clerked legal orders. My role is to understand the issue behind a request and help your institution prepare a response that addresses it.

My consulting practice is dedicated entirely to Florida CIE licensure and compliance. My approach is practical and personal. You work directly with me to understand what needs attention, clarify the next steps, and prepare materials that fit together.

I am also co-founder of HERO Learning Institute, alongside Mark Murray. HERO supports professional development through self-paced training for the postsecondary education sector.
