I review the visit correspondence, current license, institutional publications, and relevant records with your team. I compare the documents with the operations they describe and identify inconsistencies or compliance issues to address before the visit.
I help your institution work through the issues identified in the review, including revisions to policies, publications, and supporting documentation. Where a written policy differs from actual practice, I help clarify the issue and the corrective work your institution needs to complete.
I help your team understand the matters identified for review, the records supporting your institution’s practices, and questions that may need explanation. Preparation focuses on accurately describing how your school operates and demonstrating that with its records.
After the visit, I review CIE’s written findings or requests, help prepare the compliance response and supporting materials, and assist with follow-up submissions. If a clerked legal order requires further action, I help address the specified documentation and conditions.
